Wrinkle Free PTV

One of my local public television stations was peddling anti-wrinkle cream as a pledge premium last night.

And all along I thought the plan was to attract a younger audience, not make the current audience look more attractive.

While your instinctual reaction is probably correct...do we know for sure what demographic that particular brand of cream is targeted at? I know many early thirtysomethings that are already terrified of growing older, and taking "steps" to avoid aging...creams, stretches, botox, etc.

Regardless of the demographic it's targeted at.... that just sounds like an embarrassment of a pledge premium. ugh.
